Lead warehouse team to do stock-taking and analyze the root cause of stock variance and work out solutions, to ensure the consistency of system and physical record. 12.Define material safety stock level and supervise subordinator to issue requisition timely, control materials safety stock and ensure the availability in line with the plans at acceptable inventory level. 13.Supervise and periodic check safety status of logistics facilities and inventories, to ensure the maintenance of all safety, health and environmental procedures in accordance with plant and company policies and guidelines14.Prepare and controls departmental budget and expense.
