Nokia NSR Certification

Setup the new plant for Customer Nokia and passed Nokia chi straightener Certification. The new plant was qualified as Nokia Offical Supplier. The chi flat iron quality System was fully met with Nokia NSR requirement.-Lead and organize the Motorola QSA assessment in component (Molding/Painting/Assy)plant and EMS/SMT plant , achieve both No.1 psoition for these 2 plants in Motorola's whole supply chain in Aisa.-Good quality assurance/control in many Motorola new programs such as ME600(Motus), XT701 (Sholes T), Calgary ,ZN4(Blaze) , V8(Lido/LX) , U9(Pico)..without any polo shirts major shippment delay and quality incident.-Decreased PPM (CRR) from previous 10000 ppm to current 700 ppm in customer scorecard. Decreased IPQC/OBA DPHU from 8-9% to current 0.02%.

-Plan, organize, implement and maintain the Quality chi flat iron Management System and drive the implementation of Corporate (Jabil) Quality strategies in the local context (Tianjin, Wuxi).-Maximize the use of assigned resources to assist the Jabil Moto BU in chi hair straighteners meeting its quality, schedule and profit objectives .Report to the Management on the quality performance, audit findings and make recommendations for improvement.-Direct the application of assigned human and material resources to assure the system and delivery of products that meet the requirements of customer expectations and deliverables, (Nokia –NSR, Motorola –QSA), ISO 9001:2008, hair straighteners, TS 16949 standards.-Provide leadership to the Quality team consisting of Quality Managers , Engineers, Technicians and Inspectors in IQC/SQE, IPQC, QE,OQC, Lab, FA. -Establish the climate that encourages an open two-way channel of communication whereby employees exchange ideas / suggestions and share information within JGP BU/Workcell.-Establish goals and budgets, analyze product losses, material review activity and maintain programs to meet annual KPI objectives .Ensure the follow-up and resolution of quality related problems and customers feedback and complaints. -Work closely with suppliers to ensure fulfillment of requirements and conduct quality audits.-Drive continuous improvement initiatives and conduct training to management and employees in Quality program and system.
